REACH法规  
欧盟《关于化学品注册、评估、许可和限制法规》（REACH法规）取代了欧盟现行的40项法规，成为一套统一的化学品注册、评估、许可和限制的管理法规。它拥有一套完善的注册及评估体系，涉及约3万种化学物质，要求年生产量或进口量达到或超过1吨的所有“现有”或“新”的化学物质都要进行注册，以提供相关的使用安全性信息。
REACH
REACH is the Regulation for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. to streamline and improve the former legislative framework on chemicals of the European Union (EU). REACH places greater responsibility on industry to manage the risks that chemicals may pose to the health and the environment. For substances produced or imported in quantities of 1 tonne or more per year per company, manufacturers and importers need to demonstrate that they have appropriately done so by means of a registration dossier, which shall be submitted to the Agency.

REACH高度关注物质
对于满足REACH第57条规定的物质通常被认为是一种高度关注的物质（SVHC），即：
（1）第1和2类致癌、致诱变、致生殖毒性物质（Cat. 1 and 2 CMR）；
（2）持久性、生物累积性、毒性物质（PBT）；
（3）高持久性、生物累积性物质（vPvB）或需相等关注物质（如：扰乱内分泌物质）。
REACH SVHC
The matter is considered as a kind of SVHC if meeting the article 57 of REACH, namely:
(1) Carcinogenic category 1 or 2, mutagenic categoty 1 or 2, toxic for reproduction category 1 or 2 (Cat.1 and 2 CMR);
(2) Persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances (PBT)
(3) Substances having endocrine disrupting properties or substances having persistent, bioaccmulative and toxic properties or very persistent and very bioaccumulative properties (vPvB) or any other property giving rise to an equivalent level of concern to those substances listed above(such as substances disrupting incretion).
